This research insight, stemming from a benchmark survey executed in Q4 of 2018 on Employee Engagement which polled nearly 200 Service Executives, examines the potential deepening impact of Employee Engagement in Field Service. One of the most compelling data points from this research effort was that the least engaged employee across the organizations surveyed were Front-line Agents - Field Service Engineers (FSEs). The potential impact of low Employee morale in a Field Service organization can be very damaging to Customer Sentiment and Retention.
